Thats right, no one.
Hi. I've played PvE for about 3 years. I'm the exception to your rule.

Some decent builds but not much new. YMLAD or Finish him and necrosis are what i normally run for the other 2 PvE skills besides my little sin slave.

Splinter weapon also sets off MoP...that is insane when they bunch, poof. A splinter barrage/dual shot ranger is great or crip shot/dual shot/splinter. Even PUGs can normally run those bars. Or train Margrid to self splinter...good luck, not so bad if your all running spears. MM is just too good to pass up, mine has fiends to maximise MoP and horrors to still get the bombing damage goodness. If your running a tank in the party put whirling defense on them and watch the carnage if there are any archers out the back.

I think barbs is a must for bosses, just too sexy fun all those yellow numbers.

Run well the build is silly damage. Run badly its still great. You still want good strong single target damage for rapidly levelling single targets and being able to spam as many sins as possible, not everything obligingly bunches up . Against Charr its just waaaay too much fun, you can have your own little army of sins wandering around aggroing things . Careful where there are things with lots of hex removal, run something else.

Ok, heres the thing:
After scanning through this thread ive seen that many people have put 'nothing new'.
Can i just say, Justi never mentioned this build was new or took any credit for it whatsoever. I guess thats what he gets for putting some tips and hints onto Gwg, I guess he wont be bothering again.

Back onto subject - Not read the guide at all JJ, dont need too cause when i want an MoP i get you ^^.
